Our typical dispatch time ranges between 1 to 5 working days. However, please note that certain items are printed to order, to enable a wide selection of designs, colors, and sizes. Dispatch for these items may take between 1 to 14 working days. If your order hasn't been dispatched within 28 working days, you're entitled to request a full refund.

 All orders come with tracking options for your convenience. Once your order is processed and handed over to the courier service, you'll receive tracking details. We offer a Flat Rate Shipping fee, ensuring cost-effectiveness as you purchase more items. The Flat Rate for the UK is £5.95, while for Europe it's £23.00. For worldwide shipping, kindly reach out to us for a personalized quote.

Please be aware that customers outside the UK are responsible for any IMPORT DUTIES, CLEARANCE OR HANDLING FEES, and other additional charges as per customs regulations. Occasionally, customs procedures may cause delays in delivery. It's the customer's responsibility to furnish any necessary information to facilitate customs clearance.
